A Turkey Dinner On The Grill.
This past weekend I made a Turkey on the grill.
I mounted my Rotisserie on it from my old grill.
I cooked a 23 pound turkey.
I started it at 7:00 AM in the morning.
I had salad, mashed potatoes, gravy, beans, stuffing, and vegetables.
Here is the turkey coming off the grill.
To hold it on the rod, I made some new holders. The original holders were bent up pieces of wire and were not very strong.
I made some heavy duty holders to replace them. They worked out very well. Here is a picture comparing the new with the old.

July Update
Sometimes I don't blog because I haven't done anything, but this month I have been too busy!!!
We had the Fourth of July at Fritz's house.
Kate and Liz with the Grand kids.
Relaxing in Fritz's backyard. As you can see we are getting it cleaned up after the storm.
The kids playing in the little house.
Notice the tree stump in the background.
The next weekend it was off for a Brewery Tour.

The BEHM on the way home.
Liz driving, all the rest of us had tasted all the different beers that were made.
I had to include this photo of the "Little One" because of the changing times.
Back when I was his age I knew what a horse was and how to ride one, he is trying to 'drive' the little rocker, thinking it is some kind of car. He was using the seat back as a steering wheel.

Weekly Update.
The "Little One" playing with a bucket.
We took all the grand children to the Electrical Museum in Minneapolis. I was hoping to "Light Them Up" but no luck there.
A group picture.
Freddie, of course, found a Fire Truck to drive.
Then Rosalie wanted to drive it also.
After a great deal of effort, I finally got my Jeep to run.
Here Frankie is driving and The BEHM is riding.
What a driver!!

He looks like a professional.
My back yard is very rough and they were bouncing around, I will work something out for the next time they come over.

The water was still WAY to cold to go swimming but the sun was warm.

That doesn't look like a fish!!
Oh but that does!!!
And another one. She caught two of them. Now we have to work on size.
