Slow Activity Week
This winter I have had some health issues and after a great deal of consultation with my Primary Care Physician (at $30 a visit) decided to have my Gall Bladder removed. The operation went well and my surgeon said everything inside looked "healthy" (in contrast to being diseased or cancerous) but I am still in recovery and have not been able to do a lot. Not that I would have done a lot anyway.
A collage from Rosalie's birthday party. The BEHM racing Rosalie on the Hot Wheels.
My Trillium is still doing well. I had some worries after last summer.
Here is some growing in the corner of the house.
Spreading out into the lawn.
Kate was out walking the BEHM and the "Little One".
Isn't he cute.
BEHM working on his tennis swing.
What form, what grace. Like his mother, a natural athlete.
Liz had a quilt show this past weekend.
Here is a collage of her entries.
The BEHM at my house.
He has a new car. A BMW no less.
Working on it already, what do you expect from that foreign junk! And the parts are really expensive. I should talk, I have started to take my Blazer apart to replace the intake manifold gaskets. The domestic iron isn't much better.

Liz has some nice quilts... she should give lessons.
Hope you are feeling better and that there will be no more 'health issues' in your future.

I have to have my gall bladder removed as well. How long have you been recovering? Did they just do the 3 small incisions? I won't meet with the surgeon until the 17th.
We had trillian in the garden as well, but they are all gone now. I don't know what happened, maybe the bunnies ate them.
