Baking Adventure
I decided at the last minute to make Kate a cake for her birthday.
I had an old "Jiffy" mix in the cupboard.
You can tell how old by the price.
I made it like the directions.
I guess it didn't turn out. Obviously Jiffy isn't like Twinkies, it must have a shelf life!

Fred, not just by what the price is, but by the fact that it had the price manually stamped on it! Is that left over from the 70's?
I just made some corn muffins that ended up the same way.
One of my projects will be to review experiation dates in the cupboards.
