Fun at the Fair
We are off to the fair.
I am always trying to find something new to make at the fair. this year I found hot dogs wrapped in pretzel dough. They were then baked so the pretzels were soft. I think I will try to boil them first and then bake them to make hard pretzels. My bread machine has a recipe for pretzel dough.

Pillsbury, I think, makes pastry for crescent rolls that go very nicely around hot dogs and not so much trouble....after baking, they would be just as crunchy.
