Christmas Update
One commenter asked why we had an early Christmas this year. The reason is because Kate and Gerardo and the "Little One" were off to the Villa. 
People in Minnesota all have Summer Cabins, I cannot understand why, It is nice in the cities during the summer, It is in the winter you need someplace to hide. How many weeks of snow before you need a break? 
So I decided; along with "That Girl", to do something about it.
So we bought a house in Mexico. There are three of us in a partnership. Kate, her sister in law, and myself.
So during the Christmas Holidays, Kate and Gerardo went down to check it out.
Now this is living.

Very good decision... I love your villa.
Raquel, Chad and Nathan spent Christmas in the Philippines. It was a very hectic schedule but they enjoyed the beaches and tolerated the traffic. They left for Portland on the 30th. Ed and I came back on Jan. 1.
