Quick Update, Been Very Busy
It has been a while since I have blogged. Things have gotten busy for me and I have not been able to find time to blog for the past month. To summarize,
- I went to visit Fritz and Patricia in California. The weather was quite warm, but then again I like it warm. Besides working on Fritz's house, we went to the Ronald Reagan Library.
- Kate and I made a deal on the Cash for Clunkers program and are waiting for delivery.
- I have started getting prepared to build my new garage/workshop.
- I bought a spray painter and Gerardo stained his deck and fence with it then came over and stained my deck.
- My garden is producing Zucchini but little else.

I removed some of my bushes in preparation to building a new garage/workshop.
I am going to miss that van!!!

Road Trip up North
This weekend I helped a friend move some things from "Up North" back to the "Cities". I am trying to get every last mile I can out of the Astro before it is gone.
On the way past Mille Lacs Lake, I had to stop and get a picture of the Lake Walleye. Most are not this small.

On to another subject.
While I was there, I thought I would practice a bit for my Concealed Carry Permit Test; it has been a long time, as you can see. I don't think I am the problem, of course, I probably just had bad ammunition. Another stimulus is just what I need to fix me up.

4th of July Gardening
I had to re-pot some of my plants. I have this one in the kitchen beside the sliding door and everytime the wind blows it falls over making a mess on the floor. 
This weekend it fell over making a mess, right after I finished cleaning. It was the last straw!!
I went to Menard's and bought the largest planter they had.
In the original pot, the trunk was as crooked as a Democrat politician, so....
I straightened it up. Now the plant is as bent as a Republican. I can't win for losing.
