I think this is some sort of sports center. I see people with gym bags and sports equipment bags going in and out. The copper brown car is the local Chevrolet. Looks like the Aveo.

Hi Fred,

We do not envy you. The weather here in Manila is just OK - 70's to the 80's. How long are you staying in Russia?
