Window Project
I have started to replace the windows in the upper two bedrooms where the sills have rotted out. Walter gave me a couple of brackets for making ladders into scaffolding. 
The first ladder with a bracket.
Two ladders with some boards on them. It isn't level because the ladders are different. I think it will be OK anyway. The next job will be to remove the trim. 
Removing the trim from around the windows.
You can see that at the bottom of the windows moisture damage has occured in the sheathing. There is, of course, no wrap or water barrier on the house.

Fred, I think those brackets hang underneath the ladder. I guess whatever works tho.
