4TH of July Picnic.
This year we decided to have a rib roast on the grill. Here it is all tied up and 'rubbed'.
The other side.
I cooked the baked beans beside it on the grill. That way I did no cooking inside the house.
Enjoying the warmth of the day. Liz, Aunt Silvia, Gerardo, Patrica, and Kate. (I ran the air conditioner inside the house.)
Dinner was rib roast, potato salad, baked beans, sweet corn, and home made ice cream for dessert. Liz, Fred, Kate, Patrica, and Aunt Silvia.
