Mexican Adventure Dia Uno

Leaving Minneapolis at 5:00 AM. My friend Liz dropped us off.

Morelia has a special dish called a¨´gaspacho´that is a mixture of fruit, onions, orange juice, lime juce, chili pepper, and a variety of other things. It is the equivilent to Cincinnati Chili. A very odd combinations of flavors but something you can start to crave.

It is served in a cup, Kate said it was delicious. I tried a little but it will take a couple tries for it to become a favorite for me.

Looks like the gaspacho would go well with a little tequila or an equivalent... :-)
