It has 'POP'

The new floor is down in the kitchen and it looks great, Thanks to Patti who helped pick it out. The cat is surveying his new domain.

Next is the carpet and then the finish painting and trim work.

Hello Martha,

It is a real estate term to mean that the house has a feature that 'jumps' out at you. When you see it you say, "That is nice!" The floor really does stand out. I am very happy with it except I have a bad squeak in the floor of the bathroom, just in front of the sink.
