Oyster Stew

You can tell it has been a slow week when all you have to blog about is comfort food. This is Elonet's oyster stew, not quite the same but similar. It make enough for two or more people.
Sauté onions and celery in butter.
Add (1) can of chicken broth, tablespoon salt, and sliced potatoes.

Cook till potatoes are soft.
Add two cups milk and oysters.
Heat, but do not boil, till oysters float.
Adjust seasoning.

Your oyster stew look pretty tasty... I don't remember the celery though, maybe it was there. You are more than welcome to my share of the oysters...:-)
