Early Thanksgiving 2006



This year we are celebrating an early Thanksgiving because we will all be out of town. Fred is off to California for a couple of days to see Fritz. Kate and Gerardo are off to Thailand on a tour of the far east.


We deep fried a turkey out on the grill. It was very good and only took 40 minutes to cook. Here Fred is checking the oil temperature and watching it cook.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

All our kids are here for Thanksgiving - we will have a deep-fried turkey too. We are having our Christmas this Friday since the kids are not going to be here.
