4th of July Celebration (Posted a little late)
The 4th of July this year was a busy day. We started out by washing the cars and doing some work in the garden.
Gerardo really likes using the power washer. Kathleen's gardens are doing pretty well and we deadheaded some flowers and did some clean up around the yard. YiYu and Kasin were both happy to have people around. (Ha Ha)
For dinner we had deep fat fried chicken, just like at KFC. Fred cooked it on the 'Turkey' cooker hooked onto his grill. That way the house does not get all smelly.# posted by Fred @ 7:48 AM

Ed and I have been using our grill to deep fry. In winter, we use an electric fryer in our garage. The garage and even our car smells for a while but it is really a small price to pay to keep the house from stinking and still get to taste the yummy spring rolls and fried food.
