El pay de la Tia Silvia

Here are pictures of Kathleen's birthday treat. It is a specialty of Gerardo's aunt Silvia. It was made with cream cheese and sour cream in a egg white merange. the crust is Kellogg Corn Flake Crumbs. It was very good, a lot lighter than what we expected. Both Fred and Gerardo had two pieces.

Are you going to publish the recipe for "el pay?" While you're at it, please include the potato salad that I love. I hear you - I miss Minneapolis and you guys too. Jobwise, it is more challenging and rewarding here. So I'll prepare the salad when you come and visit us.

I love the new car too. Is it one of those hybrid?
