Fall Chores

I had good apples this year, enough so I made some apple butter and froze it.
Apple Butter cooking on the stove.
I repaired the cover on Liz's boat and cleaned it for winter storage.

I was going to park it next to my workshop but the ground was soft and I could not back it in without putting big ruts in the lawn.
I ended up taking it to Fritz's house and parking it in his side yard.  The lawn tractor I got from my neighbor, it needs a carburetor for $175 and he didn't want to invest that much money.
Liz and my birthdays fall within a week of each other so we celebrate together.  Patricia made the cake.
No blog post is complete without a couple of pictures of the Little One.
He is pretending to be a pickle.
He also likes to sit in the toy box.
