Friends from Work
I had some friends over for dinner this week. Andrew and his wife, Carrie, visited a couple of years ago. I met them in Hannibal and this is their second trip to visit me in Minneapolis. Check them out here.

Spaghetti Dinner
Warren signed up to go to a spaghetti dinner but could not get anyone to go with him, so he got a number of dinners for take out. He dropped three of them at my house and I put them in the freezer. This week I decided to cook them.
I put two of the dinners, still frozen, into a baking dish and put them in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.
I then put some Mozzarella cheese on top and cooked them another 15 minutes till the cheese started to brown. It was surprisingly good.
I had left overs for two tuppers for lunches.
